We would like our buyers to have confident when purchasing on ENVIE with the ENVIE Buyer Protection.
If your order never arrives, we refund your payment. If an item you receive is heavily damaged, or does not match the description, or is fake or faulty, contact ENVIE Support within 3 days of a delivery so we can place a hold on the payment. After 3 days of a delivery, a deal is done.
Just provide a detailed description and send photos of what you received. After we verify your claim, we give you a return shipping label and you return the item to the seller. Once we confirm item delivery by the tracking number, we refund your payment.
ENVIE Buyer Protection does not cover trades or any transaction completed off of the ENVIE platform. You bear all risks associated with any trades and offline transaction.
